Roles and Responsibilities:

A business development executive is a significant member of a company's growth strategy who is responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, building relationship with potential clients and driving revenue growth. Some of the key roles are explained below:

  1. The Primary role of the executive is to explain and sell the financial products of the company.
  2. The executive should be able to understand and explain the financial products of the company to the customers and clarify the doubts to the customer as and when required.
  3. The executive should focus on selling financial products like Demat Accounts, Life Insurance, Health Insurance, General Insurance, Loans, Deposits, Mutual funds, Unlisted and Pre-IPO shares, etc., as per customer requirements.
  4. The customer base should be created by the executive and product sales & service should be taken care by the respective executive.
  5. The product training will be provided by the company and the executive can clarify the doubts as and when it arises.
  6. The executive should be aware that, we as a financial and investment solution provider to our clients for their future growth, the executive should not indulge in any form of wrong/false sales to the clients.
  7. The executive should understand the need of the client and should recommend the appropriate financial products as per requirement.
  8. The executive should maintain long term good business relationship with their clients, in order to serve better for their future financial needs
