Able to drive sales by gaining more admissions for the IT training division .Able to do both cold calling and direct leads . Should be able to convert leads into admisions by explaining the IT courses to students and parents.
Should posses soft sales skills for councelling and conversions.
Should be fluent in English and tamil both oral and written .
Able to generate leads by doing marketing in Colleges , companies , classifieds ,talking to digital marketers and other new sources .
Able to coordinate with CTMS trainers, college HOD, placement officers in conducting workshops.
Have good communication Skills to talk to IT companies to sign MOU for placement of students .
Ability to talk to vendors and partners in exploring new ventures and partnership for generating growth .
Developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
