Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to generate new business opportunities and increase sales revenue.
  • Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to enhance customer satisfaction and foster repeat business.
  • Sales Presentation: Effectively communicate the benefits of our products/services, address customer inquiries, and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
  • Sales Tracking: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using our CRM system.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the branch manager.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide valuable insights and stay competitive.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the branch team to align sales efforts, share best practices, and support overall branch objectives.
