Position Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as entry-level Water Purifier RO Service Technicians. This role is ideal for recent graduates or those looking to start a career in the water purification industry. Training will be provided to help you develop the necessary skills to install, maintain, and repair reverse osmosis (RO) water purification systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training and Development:
    • Participate in on-the-job training programs to learn about RO systems, installation procedures, and maintenance practices.
    • Gain hands-on experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of water purification systems.
  • Installation:
    • Assist in installing RO water purification systems under the guidance of experienced technicians.
    • Learn to set up and calibrate system components according to specifications.
  • Maintenance and Repair:
    • Support routine maintenance tasks, including replacing filters, checking system performance, and cleaning components.
    • Assist in troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with RO systems, such as leaks or pressure problems.
  • Customer Service:
    • Communicate effectively with customers, providing basic information about their RO systems and assisting with service requests.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on service requests and addressing concerns.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate records of service activities, including parts used and work performed.
    • Complete service reports and submit them as required.
  • Safety and Compliance:
    • Follow safety procedures and protocols while performing tasks.
    • Adhere to company policies and industry regulations to ensure safe and compliant work practices.
  • Inventory Management:
    • Assist in managing inventory of parts and tools necessary for service tasks.
    • Report any shortages or issues with inventory to supervisors.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or coursework in a related field is a plus.
  • Skills and Abilities:
    • Strong willingness to learn and a positive attitude.
    • Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
