The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing patient care, performing laboratory tests, and assisting with the administration of IVF treatments.
The ideal candidate should also have a valid nursing license and be familiar with the latest IVF technologies.
Provide high-quality patient care.
Assist with the continuous development of staff.
Identify hazards in the workplace and provide solutions
Provide patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards
Perform laboratory tests and assist with the administration of IVF treatments
Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the medical team
Maintain accurate records of patient care
Ensure patient safety and comfort
Provide emotional support to patients and families
Educate patients and families on IVF treatments
Plan and carry out all procedures of patient care including administration of medication, assisting Doctors in various clinical IVF procedures
Assist in smooth admission and discharge procedures (including medical file completion and summaries) as per company protocol
Maintain accurate records, reports and ensure that the billing sheet is correctly filled in.
Carry out routine check at each handover to ensure that all equipment is in working order.
Brief and guide patients about the procedure
Maintain confidentiality of all patients
Shift the patient in and out of the OT as per requirement and published schedule
Assist the patients during ET and IUI procedure as per SOPs
Maintain Medical Records as per ART Bill instructions and PCPNDT Law
Follow all instructions of Medical Waste Management
Identifying and providing for physical, emotional, and developmental patient needs.
Counselling patients and their families; explaining the IVF procedures planned for the patient.
Following all standard rules, guideline and achieving compliances as per the policies of universal precaution, Biomedical Hazard, infection control.
