Roles & Responsible
Financial Transactions:
Record and review financial transactions related to garment manufacturing, such as purchases, sales, expenses, payroll, and inventory movements.
Data Entry and Bookkeeping:
Enter financial data into accounting ZOHO software and Tally or Excel / Google Sheets, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.
Invoicing and Accounts Receivable:
Generate and process invoices for garment sales, ensuring timely billing to customers. Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on overdue payments, and reconcile customer accounts.
\Accounts Payable:
Review and process vendor invoices for raw materials, supplies, and services. Ensure timely payment to suppliers and maintain good relationships with them.
Inventory Management:
Monitor and update inventory records, tracking raw materials, work-in-progress garments, and finished goods. Reconcile inventory regularly to ensure accuracy.
