Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)
Location: Nagercoil
Work Hours: 9 AM to 6:30 PM

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to manage client relationships and lead our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
  • Handle team operations and guide team members.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and resolve issues.
  • Create and manage work reports for the team.
  • Utilize strong Excel and Word skills for reporting and data analysis.
  • Leverage industry knowledge to improve client outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of CRM experience.
  • Age 30+.
  • BE with MBA or extensive CRM experience.
  • Strong team management skills.
  • Excellent client communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word.
