As a Service Technician at Essex Engineers, you will be a crucial part of our customer support team. Your role involves ensuring the smooth installation, maintenance, and servicing of water treatment products and water heating solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. nstallation and Setup:
   • Efficiently install water treatment products such as water filters, softeners, and other related equipment.
   • Set up water heating solutions, including solar water heaters and heat pumps, ensuring proper functionality.
2. Timely Customer Complaint Resolution:
   • Respond promptly to customer complaints and service requests.
   • Diagnose issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide effective solutions.
   • Ensure all service calls are attended to within the specified time frame.
3. Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC):
   • Proactively engage with existing customers to expand AMC coverage.
   • Explain the benefits of AMC to customers and encourage sign-ups.
   • Generate revenue through AMC renewals and new contracts.
4. Documentation and Reporting:
   • Maintain accurate records of service visits, repairs, and replacements.
   • Prepare service reports and submit them promptly.
   • Collaborate with the team to improve service efficiency.
