Job Title: Telecaller
Location: 32/8, 4th Floor Crystal Plaza, Near WCC Junction, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
  • Handle inbound calls and provide product/service information to customers.
  • Record details of calls and sales activities accurately.
  • Follow up with leads and manage customer relationships.
  • Work to meet daily/weekly call and sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Any degree accepted.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Freshers or experienced candidates welcome.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Word is a plus.
