As a Seller Support Associate at UrbanWallah, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our valued sellers. You will be responsible for onboarding sellers to our platform, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of our sellers.
Responsibilities:
• Seller Inquiries: Respond promptly and effectively to seller inquiries related to orders, payments, returns, and product listings.
• Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve seller issues in a timely and professional manner, including technical difficulties, account problems, and policy violations.
• Seller Onboarding: Assist new sellers in understanding our platform, policies, and procedures.
• Seller Training: Provide ongoing training and support to sellers to help them maximize their sales and success on UrbanWallah.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of seller interactions and transactions.
• Customer Satisfaction: Strive to exceed seller expectations by providing excellent customer service and building positive relationships.
