About the Role
We are looking for ambitious sales professionals to join our team. The Inside sales executive is responsible for bringing clients onboard in the US Market. They will be creating visibility through high volume of Lead Generation, cold calling, targeted email campaigns and networking.
Job Responsibilities
• Understand offerings clearly to effectively communicate with prospects and be result oriented and aggressive.
• Know and understand the assigned territory.
• Validate and Manage assigned Target Accounts on CRM.
• Effective Prospecting (via cold calling, inbound calls, emailing, and networking).
• Tailor pitch according to account/contact profile and effectively engage a prospect (at various stages of sales cycle cold call/follow-up).
• Good Knowledge of tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo & other tools.
• Qualify by BANT (Budget Authority Need & Time).
• Present value prop over telecon and web sessions to Leaders as per the account profiling.
• Engage the Sales team / Support Team as and when needed.
• Working with internal teams to get SOW/Proposals in line with client discussions Negotiation/Closure.
• Work closely with Sales Manager and support in engaging with Key Accounts by qualifying prospects and drive new opportunities.
• Strives to meet or exceed Lead targets on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
Key Requirements and Skills
• A bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing or an MBA with Sales and Marketing Specialization.
• 5 - 10 years’ experience in IT Services Sales for International markets.
• Excellent communication skills (especially engaging customers over the phone and email).
• Organized, disciplined, and a Hunter by choice.
