Job Description:
Candidate is responsible for managing Counter sales, Customer handling, Customer ratings,creation of sales & purchase invoice and maintaining adequate stock required for Counter Sales.
Resposibilities:
1) Candidate is responsible for increase in Sales and increase market share of Organisation in the market.
2) Candidate is responsible for increase in YOY sales above the market increase.
3) Candidate should be able to work Individually with defined SOP and should be able to use Computer software for creation of Sale & Purchase Invoice and complete sales to the Satisfaction of Customer.
4) Candidate is respsonible for increasing customer reviews and maintaining customer satisfaction rating above 4.5/5 and 9/10.
5) Candidate is responsible for addressing warranty defects with Customer and follow up with Tyre Manufacturer for smooth resolution.
6) Candidate is responsible for Regular Part Ordering with Vendors and Tyre manufacturer.
7) Candidate is responsible for maintaining Minimum Inventory requiored for all Part nos.
