FIELD EXECUTIVE will be responsible for identification and selection of potential villages for business development; formation of SHG/JLG; training and capacity building of the groups/clients; perusal and recommendation of loan proposals/applications of clients; assists in loan documentation and disbursement process; end use verification; recovery of loan and delinquent management. Besides, assisting the Branch management in any other work entrusted to him/her. The FE will report to the Branch Manager.
