Description

We are looking for a reliable and organized Warehouse Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the storage, distribution, inventory management, and ensure that warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
  • Ensure accurate stock management, including regular stock checks and inventory updates.
  • Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Oversee the handling, packaging, and labeling of goods.
  • Implement and optimize warehouse processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Monitor and maintain equipment and warehouse vehicles, ensuring proper functioning.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on inventory, shipments, and warehouse performance.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management software and inventory control systems.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good understanding of safety regulations and procedures.
  • Basic knowledge of logistics and supply chain management.
