Area Sales Manager

Job Description

As Area Sales Manager, you will be crucial in expanding our market presence and driving sales growth. Your primary responsibility will be establishing and nurturing dealer networks across multiple locations, leveraging their reach to generate leads and close sales. If you’re passionate about sales, customer engagement, and strategic expansion, this role is for you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Dealer Network Expansion:
    • Identify potential dealers in Coimbatore, and nearby districts.
    • Establish strong relationships with existing dealers and onboard new ones.
    • Train dealers about the product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
  2. Lead Generation and Conversion:
    • Work closely with dealers to create a robust lead-generation process.
    • Monitor lead pipelines and assist dealers in closing deals.
    • Ensure timely closures by addressing customer queries and overcoming objections.
  3. Market Intelligence:
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
    • Provide feedback based on market insights.
    • Adapt strategies based on changing market dynamics.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or channel management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and clients.
