Description

Job Title: Field Service Technician - Mini CNC Machines

Location: Work from Home / Field

Hours: 9 AM - 6 PM

Experience: 2 years in CNC service and maintenance

Language Requirement: Proficient in Hindi

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician with a minimum of 2 years of experience in servicing and maintaining mini CNC machines. This role involves providing exceptional technical support to our clients while working primarily from home and traveling to client locations as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mini CNC machines.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues on-site.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
  • Maintain accurate service records and reports.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential upsell opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in CNC machine service and maintenance.
  • Strong understanding of CNC operations and technical troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in Hindi is a must; knowledge of English is a plus.
  • Sales experience is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
