Provide technical support in collaboration with the sales team to address customer needs.
Identify and implement effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction at all stages.
Resolve technical issues and assist colleagues with relevant technical information and solutions.
Manage the test lab, conduct trials, and organize demonstrations for vacuum systems.
Contribute to projects by designing customized solutions for clients.
Conduct technical briefings for new customers on the operation and maintenance of vacuum material transport systems.
Oversee system installation and commissioning at customer sites, with support from technicians.
Collaborate with Industry Managers to develop new products based on customer requirements.
Design and develop new products to meet industry demand at competitive prices.
Perform cost estimations for new products/projects based on BOM or customer requirements
Verify PLC logic and perform system integration to ensure seamless operation of integrated systems.
Prepare layout drawings and General Arrangement (GA) drawings for installation based on customer requirements.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of designs and drawings.
Ensure adherence to industry-standard health and safety guidelines by all employees.
Communicate problems or obstacles to senior management.
Develop workflow policies to enhance speed and efficiency while maintaining product safety and integrity.

Qualifications:

B.E in Mechanical Engineering (2 years or with less than 4 years of experience).
Ability to work in a various environment with minimal supervision and flexibility during shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed (either on-site or off-site).
Independent working capability is preferred but not required.
Proficiency in Tamil and English, knowledge of Hindi and other languages is an additional credit.
