Description

As a Telecaller Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers with the aim of promoting services. Your role will involve understanding customer needs, providing information about services, and generating leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Present, promote services to potential customers.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements to offer appropriate solutions.

  • Keep detailed records of calls and customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain communication with potential customers.
  • Handle objections and resolve customer concerns effectively.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and meet the objectives.
  • Stay updated on Service knowledge, pricing, and promotions.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding processes and customer interactions.
  • Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude during customer interactions.
