Joanna Leaf Plate is a leader in eco-friendly packaging solutions, dedicated to producing high-quality areca plates. We are looking for a skilled and motivated Areca Plate Making Machine Operator to join our team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Operate and maintain the areca plate making machine.
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections and perform minor repairs as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the work area.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
- Keep accurate records of production and machine performance.
Qualifications:
- High school or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
- Proven experience operating manufacturing machinery, preferably in the packaging industry.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
