Description

Job Title: Inside Sales Executive
Location: Nagercoil

Experience Level: Open to both freshers and experienced candidates

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients via phone calls, emails, and online platforms.
  • Present company products/services to clients and handle inquiries.
  • Convert leads into potential customers through effective communication and negotiation.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions, follow-ups, and sales in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand current campaigns and product offerings.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Key Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
  • Confidence in making outbound calls and handling client inquiries.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.

Qualifications:

  • Any degree or diploma.
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

Preferred:

  • Prior experience in telesales or inside sales is a plus but not mandatory.
