Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote facility management services (cleaning, maintenance, security, etc.).
  • Handle inbound calls and inquiries regarding facility management services.
  • Generate leads and set up appointments for the sales team.
  • Provide information about company services, pricing, and offers.
  • Maintain and update customer records and notes from client interactions.
  • Follow up on previous inquiries and calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Support the sales team in achieving targets by coordinating meetings and follow-ups.
