We are hiring a Junior Business Analyst (Freshers) to assist in analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and contributing to the overall growth and development of the company. In this hybrid role, you will work closely with the CEO, attending networking events and brainstorming trips to explore new business opportunities and help enhance our service offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering: Assist in collecting, analyzing, and documenting business and client requirements.
- Data Analysis: Perform basic data analysis to identify trends, areas of improvement, and opportunities for business growth.
- Process Documentation: Document current and proposed business processes, preparing reports and process workflows.
- Collaborating with CEO: Join the CEO on networking events and brainstorming trips to support new business ventures and strategic initiatives.
- Solution Development: Help propose solutions to business problems based on gathered requirements and analysis.
- Client Interaction: Support client communications by gathering feedback and ensuring their business needs are met.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to help the team stay ahead in the industry.
- Travel: Participate in domestic and international business trips as part of the role to meet clients, attend industry events, and explore new business opportunities.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field (Fresh graduates are welcome).
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate in a team environment, particularly with senior executives.
- Travel Enthusiast: Interest in traveling and participating in various business events with the CEO.
- Adaptability: Willingness to work in a hybrid environment, both remotely and in the office.
- Enthusiasm for Learning: Eagerness to learn and contribute to strategic business decisions.
