Description

Location: Mapadu, Sriperumbudur
Job Timing: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Some Sundays required)
Salary: 1.56 lpa (accomodation provided if necessary)

Responsibilities:

  • Labour Management: Maintain accurate attendance records for all site workers.
  • Pipeline Oversight: Supervise the fabrication and erection of pipelines to ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards.
  • Material Management:
    • Maintain a comprehensive material list and track inventory.
    • Coordinate the purchase of necessary materials in a timely manner.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit daily reports on work progress and any issues encountered.
  • Training: Participate in a one-month training program to familiarize yourself with site operations and company policies.

Compensation:

  • Salary will commence from the second month of employment.
  • The first month is designated as a training period with no salary.
  • If you resign before completing 6 months, the salary for the first month will not be paid.
  • After completing the 6-month probationary period, the first month's salary will be issued.

Additional Notes:

  • Overtime work may be required depending on project needs.
  • Acceptance of the above conditions is necessary to proceed with the interview process.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience in site supervision or construction management preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
