We are looking for a Loan Officers to boost sales, manage customer relationships, meet monthly targets, and ensure compliance. The role includes identifying and supporting merchants, promoting financial products, and delivering excellent customer service. Candidates should have completed high school / a graduation degree, 0-3 years of experience, and be able to travel locally.
Responsibilities
Direct Sales: Identify potential merchants and support them in providing banking services in the locality.
Customer Management: Build and manage relationships with merchants and customers to enhance business growth. Demonstrate strong communication and influencing skills.
Target Achievement & Productivity: Achieve monthly enrollment targets and manage sourced liabilities through merchants. Promote and sell personal loans and small capital loans.
Process and Compliance: Ensure efficient loan collection, adherence to business compliance policies, and maintain high portfolio quality at the branch
Qualifications:
Education: Completed high school
Experience: 0-3 years of experience in sales, customer management, or a related field.
Additional Requirements: Ability to travel locally and possess a valid driving license.
