  • Sales & Business Development:

  • Customer Service:

    • Provide exceptional service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
    • Assist clients through the loan application process, ensuring they understand terms and conditions.
    • Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
  • Loan Processing:

    • Gather and analyze necessary documentation for loan applications.
    • Work closely with underwriting and risk assessment teams to facilitate timely loan approvals.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies throughout the loan process.
  • Market Research & Reporting:

    • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes affecting personal loans.
    • Prepare reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market conditions to inform management decisions.
  • Team Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with colleagues in marketing and customer service to develop strategies for lead generation and customer engagement.
    • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
