Description

1. Product Knowledge
   - Understand the technical aspects of water treatment systems, machinery, and services offered (e.g., reverse osmosis, filtration, softening systems, etc.).
   - Stay updated on new products, industry trends, and innovations in water treatment technologies.
   
2. Customer Engagement and Relationship Building
   - Identify potential customers through market research, networking, and leads.
   - Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
   - Understand customer needs and recommend the appropriate machinery or services that best solve their problems.
   - Provide product demonstrations and technical consultations to help customers make informed decisions.

3. Sales Process Management
   - Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed sales targets.
   - Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to the customer's specific requirements.
   - Handle negotiations, prepare quotes, and draft contracts for water treatment machinery sales and services.
   - Ensure the smooth execution of deals, from initial contact to the final sale, including follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.

4. After-Sales Support
   - Coordinate installation and service of the water treatment machinery with the technical team.
   - Ensure customers are trained on the proper use and maintenance of the machinery.
   - Act as a liaison between customers and the service department to ensure timely maintenance and repairs.

5. Problem Solving
   - Address customer complaints or issues related to the machinery and ensure quick resolution by collaborating with service teams.
   - Offer troubleshooting advice to customers or arrange for technical support when necessary.

6. Reporting and Administration
   - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales processes, and orders.
   - Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and customer feedback to management.
   - Stay compliant with company policies and industry regulations in all sales activities.

7. Marketing Collaboration
   - Work closely with the marketing team to support promotional activities, trade shows, and other customer outreach initiatives.
   - Provide market feedback on customer preferences and emerging trends to inform future product development and marketing strategies.

8. Continuous Learning
   - Participate in training programs to deepen knowledge of new water treatment technologies and sales techniques.
   - Stay informed about competitors' products and market positioning to better tailor sales pitches.
