Description

Marketing Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company’s overall business objectives and target market segments.
  • Define positioning, messaging, and value propositions for core banking software products to differentiate them in the marketplace.

Brand Management:

  • Oversee brand development and management, ensuring consistency and alignment across all marketing communications and customer touchpoints.
  • Build brand awareness and equity through strategic initiatives, campaigns, and partnerships.

Market Research and Customer Insights:

  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, pain points, and buying behaviors within the fintech and banking industry.
  • Use customer insights and data analytics to inform marketing strategies and product development initiatives.

Product Marketing:

  • Collaborate with the product management team to create compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature releases, including pricing strategies and sales enablement materials.

Demand Generation and Lead Generation:

  • Drive demand generation campaigns to generate qualified leads and opportunities for the sales team.
  • Implement multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, events, webinars, and partnerships, to drive customer acquisition and engagement.

Sales Enablement and Support:

  • Partner with sales teams to develop sales collateral, presentations, and tools that support the selling process and communicate the value proposition of core banking software.
  • Provide sales teams with market insights, competitive intelligence, and customer testimonials to enhance sales effectiveness.

Customer Marketing and Retention:

  • Develop customer marketing programs to nurture and retain existing customers, increase customer loyalty, and drive product adoption and upsell opportunities.
  • Implement customer advocacy programs and gather customer testimonials and case studies to showcase success stories.

Digital Marketing and Online Presence:

  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website management, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and online advertising campaigns.
  • Optimize digital channels to drive inbound traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.

Public Relations and Communications:

  • Manage external communications, media relations, and public relations activities to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
  • Serve as a spokesperson for the company and establish relationships with industry influencers, analysts, and media outlets.

Performance Measurement and Analytics:

  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Use data analytics and marketing automation tools to measure ROI, optimize marketing spend, and continuously improve marketing performance.
