Qualifications:

For Freshers:
- Strong communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Basic understanding of sales and client handling.
For Experienced Candidates:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word) is preferred.
Excellent interpersonal, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage customer queries with patience and professionalism.
