Description

Job Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Nagercoil, Tamil Nadu

Job Type: Full-Time, Work from Office

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels to generate new business opportunities.
  • Client Engagement: Understand client needs, present solutions, and effectively communicate the benefits of the company’s services.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-term relationships with both new and existing clients to drive repeat business.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Handle negotiations and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and client preferences to refine sales strategies.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, client interactions, and market feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

For Freshers:

  • Strong communication skills in English and Tamil.
  • Basic understanding of sales and business development.

For Experienced Candidates:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

For All Candidates:

  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word).
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and manage relationships effectively.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive and results-driven mindset.

Training:

  • Training will be provided for both freshers and experienced candidates to ensure a smooth onboarding and development process.

Compensation:

  • Salary: ₹8,000 - ₹20,000 per month (based on experience in a related field) + incentives.
  • Performance-Based Increments: Salary increases will be based on individual performance.
