ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Objective & Goal: - To Ensure Minimal Downtime & Max. Up time of the Plant as far as Practicable.
2. To ensure the Personal safety procedures are followed during all the O&M activities
3. To Ensure Daily Energy Generation Report is to be circulated diligently without any mistakes. (The same to be verified and approved by the concerned Plant leader) – Internal and Customer Reports to be circulated in the Standard Report format by the End of the Day without fail.
4. To Ensure Individual String Currents are measured periodically and logged during Peak Energy Generation Hours & to ascertain all the SCBs / Strings are operational and submit the report.
5. To carry out daily inspection of all the equipment’s (Inverter, Transformer, HT Panel, UPS, Switchyard, Etc.) during plant start-up and peak operation.
6. Visual inspection of PV Modules as per daily schedule- Glass breakage, Hotspots, Snail trails, Junction box & MC4 & Y connector healthiness. To Submit the Daily inspection report.
7. To Monitor the Plant SCADA daily on continuous basis and timely actions to be taken in case of Alarms, String failures, Low performance of inverters, etc.
8. To Ensure the following Parameters are Inspected in the Transformer during Peak Generation Hours and logged: - (OTI), (WTI), Oil Level Indicator, Oil Leakage (If Applicable)
9. To Perform the Periodic O & M Activities of all Critical equipment’s as per the SOP (Daily, Weekly, Monthly & beyond). Maintain proper reports and records for the performed activities.
10. To ensure the Test equipment’s & Tools are handled properly and its usage recorded. To submit the healthiness and calibration reports of the same, on monthly basis.
11. The Cleaned PV Modules are to be Inspected the following day - for ascertaining the quality & effectiveness of the work & module damages if any during Panel cleaning. To Submit the Daily inspection report
12. To Inspect Grass Levels in all the fields and ensure the grass trimming is properly carried out at the allocated fields. To Submit the Daily/Weekly consolidated report.
13. All the plant O&M activities should be reported on daily basis to the concerned Plant leader without fail.
