Description

  • Quality documentation: Create and maintain quality documentation, including reports on product quality 
  • Problem-solving: Investigate product complaints and quality issues, and collaborate with other engineers to find solutions 
  • Process improvement: Identify opportunities to improve the production process, and recommend and implement enhancements to the quality system 
  • Training and support: Provide training and support to quality assurance team members 
  • Communication: Liaise between engineering, production teams, and customers to uncover quality-related issues 
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with standards, such as ISO & IATF standards 
  • Testing and inspection: Plan, execute, and oversee the inspection and testing of products to ensure they meet specifications and deliverables
