Whereas, the Company is engaged in providing broadband services for home and commercial customers, and the Employee agrees to perform sales-related duties for the Company under the terms and conditions set forth below.
1. Position and Scope of Work
The Employee shall serve as a Sales Executive, responsible for outdoor field marketing and sales of broadband services to home and commercial clients. The Employee agrees to perform their duties with diligence and in accordance with the standards and policies of the Company.
2. Sales Target and Payout Slabs
The Employee’s monthly payout will be based on the sales achieved each month sales Target
3. Exceeding Target
If the Employee exceeds the target in any given month, an extra 10% commission will be paid on the amount exceeding the target.
4. Sales Below Monthly sales Target
If the Employee’s sales are below Monthly Sales Target in a given month, no base payout will be provided. However, the Employee will be entitled to a 30% commission on the sales value achieved that month.
