Description

  • Conduct land surveys to establish property boundaries and identify land features.
  • Utilize surveying instruments such as GPS, total stations, and levels to gather accurate measurements.
  • Prepare detailed survey drawings, maps, and reports for clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to provide survey data for projects.
  • Analyze survey data and create reports to present findings and recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding land use and surveying practices.
  • Maintain equipment and ensure it is calibrated and in good working condition.
  • Assist in resolving boundary disputes and provide expert testimony if required.
