Employee Engagement: Organize and implement employee engagement initiatives that support iTech’s values and culture.
Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding new hires to managing exits and offboarding processes.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the HR point of contact for different departments, maintaining effective communication and support.
Employee Counseling: Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies, benefits, and personal matters as required.
Benefits Coordination: Administer and manage group mediclaim policies, health insurance, and other employee benefits.
Awareness and Training: Conduct HR awareness sessions, collaborate with the corporate HR team and HR Manager on training sessions, and facilitate compliance with organizational policies.
Key Requirements and Skills
Education: A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA in HR is a plus.
Experience: 2-4 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in an IT or services industry.
Skills: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, organizational ability, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge: Proficiency in payroll management, HR software, and employee engagement tools.
