Job Responsibilities

  • Attendance Management: Monitor employee attendance, maintain records, and address attendance-related queries.
  • Payroll Processing: Handle payroll operations accurately, ensuring timely and correct disbursements.
  • Employee Engagement: Organize and implement employee engagement initiatives that support iTech’s values and culture.
  • Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding new hires to managing exits and offboarding processes.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the HR point of contact for different departments, maintaining effective communication and support.
  • Employee Counseling: Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies, benefits, and personal matters as required.
  • Benefits Coordination: Administer and manage group mediclaim policies, health insurance, and other employee benefits.
  • Awareness and Training: Conduct HR awareness sessions, collaborate with the corporate HR team and HR Manager on training sessions, and facilitate compliance with organizational policies.

Key Requirements and Skills

  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA in HR is a plus.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in an IT or services industry.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, organizational ability, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge: Proficiency in payroll management, HR software, and employee engagement tools.
  • Attributes: Collaborative, approachable, and proactive with a genuine passion for employee well-being and HR best practices.
