Job Title: Business Development Team Member
Location: Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Business Development Team Member to help drive our organization’s growth through strategic client engagement. In this role, you will make client calls to identify needs, introduce our services, and support client relationships from initial contact to ongoing partnership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outgoing calls to potential clients to introduce Panacorp’s services, assess needs, and generate leads.
  • Follow up on inbound leads, conduct qualification calls, and schedule meetings.
  • Build and maintain client relationships through regular check-ins and follow-up calls.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations.
  • Track client interactions, maintain accurate records in the CRM, and provide reports on lead progress.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align client engagement strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Any bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience in business development, sales, or customer service with a focus on phone-based client interactions.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
