Role Overview

As a Telecalling Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our potential customers. Your primary responsibilities will include reaching out to clients, sharing information about our services, and generating leads. You will play a pivotal role in driving customer engagement and contributing to the overall success of the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Make outbound calls to customers to introduce products or services and explain their features.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads for the sales team.
  • Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers to build lasting relationships.
  • Database Management: Accurately update and manage customer information in the system.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to meet organizational targets.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: Any degree (freshers welcome).
  • Communication: Strong verbal communication skills in English and Tamil.
  • Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Soft Skills: Positive attitude, team player, and customer-centric mindset.
