Description

Location: Panacorp Software Solutions, 32/8, 4th Floor Crystal Plaza, near WCC Junction, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective business clients to introduce and explain company services.
  • Identify and qualify leads to expand the client base.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, feedback, and follow-up actions.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to support the sales pipeline.
  • Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly outreach targets.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Any degree
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage clients effectively and handle objections confidently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel/Word).
  • Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or lead generation is preferred.
