Job Title: Sales Business Development Executive (BDE)

Location: Panacorp Software Solutions, 32/8, 4th Floor, Crystal Plaza, near WCC Junction, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District

Salary Range: ₹8,000 to ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)

Job Description:
Panacorp Software Solutions is seeking a motivated Sales Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on generating sales, building relationships, and driving business growth through client acquisition and telesales activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound sales calls to prospective clients, introducing and promoting our services.
  • Engage in telesales, inside sales, and marketing activities to generate qualified leads and drive sales conversions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term business success.
  • Conduct presentations to potential clients and explain services clearly and effectively.
  • Identify new business opportunities by researching prospective customers and their needs.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Manage and update client data in CRM systems for follow-up and future sales opportunities.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics to continuously improve sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Any bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in telesales, inside sales, or marketing is a plus, but freshers with a strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
