Job Title: Telecalling Executive (Freshers)

Location: Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District

Job Summary:
We are hiring freshers for the position of Telecalling Executive to join our dynamic team. The role involves engaging with customers over the phone, addressing inquiries, and promoting services. If you are an excellent communicator with a customer-focused mindset, this opportunity is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Engagement:
    • Initiate and answer calls to communicate with customers about our products and services.
    • Build positive relationships by understanding customer needs and resolving inquiries.
  2. Information Management:
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the database.
    • Provide timely updates and feedback to the team.
  3. Promotional Outreach:
    • Inform customers about ongoing promotions or new service offerings.
  4. Follow-Up:
    • Ensure timely follow-ups with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  5. Performance Goals:
    • Meet daily and monthly call and engagement targets.

Qualifications:

  • Freshers with any degree are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with MS Office tools (Excel/Word).
  • A customer-oriented attitude and a willingness to learn.

Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Work Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Workdays: Monday to Saturday
