Description

Delivery

  • Route wise loading of shipments with proper tally
  • Delivering shipments to the right customers
  • POD/FOD/DOD/COD process…. Delivery run sheet and hand over the same day
  • Proper status code for the undelivered shipments
  • To achieve Service Quality targets
  • Delivery process will be briefed through a training
  • Appointment delivery process
  • Proper dress code with customer centric approach

Pickup Process

  • Pickup process : training will be given
  • Timely pickup at customer place as per cut off timing
  • AWB execution
  • Tally of shipments at the customer place as per invoice
  • Getting EBN and other p/w as per the regulatory
  • Do’s and don’t’s training will be given
  • Pickup sheet
  • Checking the condition of the packages at the time of pickup
  •  Reaching PuD for timely connection
