Description

  • Communicating: Communicating with other departments and teams, and maintaining communication between employees and senior executives 
  • Analyzing: Monitoring production output, checking for compliance with specifications, and evaluating production efficiency 
  • Reporting: Compiling production records, generating reports on performance and progress, and presenting reports to senior managers 
  • Troubleshooting: Identifying and troubleshooting production issues 
  • Collaborating: Collaborating with management to set production targets 
  • Staying current: Keeping up to date with new innovations in production 
  • Managing production: Overseeing daily operations, ensuring production schedules are met, and maintaining quality standards 
  • Managing employees: Assigning responsibilities, coaching, supervising, and evaluating employee performance 
  • Maintaining equipment: Ensuring equipment is functioning properly, scheduling repairs, and coordinating with maintenance teams 
  • Maintaining safety: Developing and enforcing safety protocols, training employees, and ensuring compliance with safety and professional standards
