Job Summary:
We are looking for a Spare Parts Picker Executive who can efficiently pick and pack spare parts orders, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and process spare parts orders from the service department, customers, and other stakeholders
Accurately pick and pack spare parts orders, ensuring correct parts and quantities
Use the dealership management system (DMS) to manage inventory, track orders, and update stock levels
Maintain a clean and organized spare parts storage area, adhering to safety and security protocols
Coordinate with the spare parts team to ensure seamless order fulfillment and inventory management
Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Proficiency in dealership management systems (DMS) and inventory management software
1-2 years of experience in spare parts picking, inventory management, or a related field
