Job Summary:
We are looking for a Service Advisor who can provide exceptional customer service, accurately diagnose vehicle issues, and effectively communicate repair needs to customers.
ey Responsibilities:
Greet customers, listen to their concerns, and ask questions to understand the issues with their vehicles
Conduct thorough inspections and diagnose problems using technical manuals, diagnostic equipment, and expertise
Provide customers with detailed estimates, explaining the necessary repairs, costs, and timelines
Obtain customer approval for repairs, ensure customer understanding of the work to be done, and address any concerns
Coordinate with the service team to ensure efficient and high-quality repairs
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, vehicle inspections, and repair orders
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field preferred
Proficiency in service management software and systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Strong technical knowledge of two-wheelers, including mechanical and electrical systems
1-2 years of experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry, preferably in a two-wheeler dealership
