Responsible for Managing team of 8 to 10 relationship officers. Managing Operations and overall functioning of the branch.
Responsible for meeting the branch targets and adherence to all guidelines and regulatory requirements.
To control and monitor the branch activities and staff movements.
Cost Management and Cost effectiveness at the branch to ensure profitability, also ensure that the branch adheres to the Know Your Customer (KYC) norms at all time.
Ensuring that the customers get best services and their needs are understood and met through the financial product offerings of the organization.
Supervising Key Areas including Marketing, Business Development, Team Development and Revenue Generation and Collection.
Ensure all laid down system and processes are followed at the branch as stipulated by the Senior Management.
Ensure that all staff are adequately trained on the Products of the company and Processes. Responsible for dealing with External and Internal Auditors and inspections and compliance.
Provides a quick and timely service to the clients, making sure that the client's expectations are fulfilled whenever is possible.
Informs the AM about the demand in his/her assigned area as well as on the competition.
Makes a close follow up of the disbursed loans, especially of the ones not paying on time.
Undertake regular field visits, & Surprise visits assessing a sample of Centre Meeting and loan applications directly
Maintaining portfolio quality by tracking & controlling Normal dues, Nonstarters, Delinquency, & Frauds.
To handle a cluster of GL Branches for smooth operations.
Maintaining various MIS (Volumes, TAT, Deviations).
Responsible for process flow maintenance as per role assigned.
