A store manager, also known as a shop manager, is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a retail business. Their duties include:

Store presentation: Implementing visual merchandising standards, and overseeing the overall store presentation

Staff management: Hiring, firing, and managing staff, including creating shift schedules and training new employees
Customer service: Ensuring customer needs are met, complaints are resolved, and service is efficient
Sales and profitability: Meeting sales and financial goals, and ensuring products are merchandised effectively
Inventory management: Maintaining optimal stock levels, and monitoring inventory levels

Computer Knowledge, Good Interaction with the customer. Good in Tamil and English
