Position: Hardware Service Engineer (EV Industry)
Location: Neelambur, Coimbatore.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
As a Hardware Service Engineer, your primary duties will include:
1. Technical Support & Troubleshooting
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electronic equipment and circuits to ensure optimal performance.
- Address and resolve hardware-related issues in a timely manner.
2. Repair and Maintenance
- Rework and repair faulty electronic components and circuits, including soldering and desoldering tasks.
- Conduct routine checks and maintenance to prevent recurring issues.
3. Documentation
- Maintain accurate and detailed service records, including troubleshooting steps, replaced components, and customer interactions.
- Prepare detailed reports on the repairs and services performed.
4. Circuit Analysis
- Read and interpret datasheets and circuit diagrams for effective troubleshooting and repair.
- Evaluate circuit designs to identify potential issues or areas for improvement.
5. Customer Support
- Communicate technical findings and repair updates effectively to customers.
- Provide guidance on the proper usage and maintenance of equipment.
Key Qualifications
• Knowledge of EV components and systems is a plus.
• Experience in troubleshooting and repairing electronic circuits.
• Skilled in *soldering* and *desoldering* components.
• Proficiency in reading *datasheets* and *circuit diagrams*.
• Familiar with testing tools (multimeters, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers).

Education & Experience
