Site Surveys & Measurements:
- Conduct detailed surveys on construction sites to gather data such as land contours, elevations, distances, and angles.
- Measure and verify boundaries, topography, and property lines.
- Provide precise measurements for earthworks, building placements, roads, utilities, and other construction elements.
Total Station (TS) Operation:
- Operate and maintain Total Station (TS) equipment to take precise angle and distance measurements.
- Use TS to set out points for construction and verify alignments and elevations on-site.
- Ensure accurate calibration of the TS equipment to achieve high precision in measurements.
- Perform layout and staking tasks such as establishing control points, determining building corners, and verifying structural positions.
Differential GPS (DGPS) Operation:
- Use Differential GPS (DGPS) systems to obtain high-accuracy geospatial data, particularly for large-scale projects.
- Ensure proper setup of base and rover GPS units, maintaining precision through real-time corrections.
- Record and process DGPS data to monitor and document positional changes and construction progress.
- Troubleshoot any DGPS issues on-site to ensure data accuracy.
