Should be able to understand the flexible machining solution drawing and run the machine continuously for 10 hours. Should be able to provide timely update about the toolroom job status to the management. Should be able to work without causing rawmaterial damage. Should be able to co-ordinate with team members and client in understanding the proper way of machining. Should be able to handle the manufacturing projects under pressure.
