Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure punctuality and professionalism in attendance, attitude, and behavior.
  • Perform daily technical tasks, including:
    • Customer service and handling.
    • Installation and configuration of RF and fiber devices.
    • Fiber laying and maintenance.
    • New connection setups.
    • Device recovery and troubleshooting.
    • Tower maintenance and device fixing.
  • Ensure timely payment collection.
  • Maintain daily productivity reports.
  • Cultivate strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the manager.
  • Manage customer service tickets and technical activities efficiently.
