About the Role

The Accounts Coordinator will oversee the financial operations related to the logistics domain, ensuring timely invoicing, reconciliation, payments, and reporting. The role requires effective communication with internal teams and external clients or vendors, precise documentation, and adherence to accounting standards.

Job Responsibilities

  • Accountable for assigned Client/Carrier close on Client portal.
  • Follow-up on issues/queries/clarification respective to assigned Client/Carrier internally with Team Lead and get it closed on Client portal.
  • Playing a vital role with co-workers to deliver the customer expected deliverables.
  • To be self-learning all new assigned Clients/Carriers in a limited time frame.
  • Maintain all required data/report such as Production/Queries of his individual on daily basis.
  • Should perform multitasking in other assigned projects if any as well.

Key Requirements and Skills

  • Excellent in reading/understand English especially US client documents and should be able to self-work based on the document instruction.
  • Excellent in writing skills.
  • Good in E-mail etiquettes.
  • Medium level of computer proficient (MS Office – Word and Excel).
  • Experience in working any kind of other Client applications previously is preferable.
  • Experience in working Cloud platform is preferable.
  • Ability to work independently and to self-learn new tasks based on instruction and complete routine work on timely manner.
  • Should be flexible in working any shift as per process requirement.
  • Strong analytical and reasoning skills.
